Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING on all orders (must be shipped to 1 location).We ship within the USA only. Shipping upgrade options are available at checkout and are based on weight, location and shipping carrier selected.

Shipping schedule: We typically ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, unless otherwise specified in our announcement.

Processing times: 

  • Individual gifts: 2-3 days
  • 1-20 succulent favors: 2-3 days
  • 21-40 succulent favors: 1 week
  • 40+ favors: 1-2 weeks
  • Corporate gifting: please contact us for details.
  • If you have a special shipping request, please contact¬†us¬†or leave us a note with your order.

Order tracking: You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you’d like to track your order or receive shipping updates, you can do so on the UPS or USPS website.

Orders for events: In the notes section at checkout, please include your event date. We will ship your order 7-10 days before your event, to arrive 3-4 days before your event. If you'd like to receive your order sooner, please let us know your preferred date for delivery.

Packaging: We carefully package all succulents to ensure they arrive healthy and happy. All shipments are packed by hand and use recyclable materials whenever possible. The plants are protected with recyclable tissue paper, crinkle paper, 100% biodegradable packing peanuts, and if needed, double boxed in recyclable cardboard boxes to protect them. All shipments are labelled as fragile.

General information:

  • We¬†ship¬†USPS or UPS for most orders, with standard $100 shipping insurance. It usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your location and shipping service selected.
  • If expedited shipping is needed, please select your preferred option at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates only, as most carriers don't guarantee¬†delivery times.
  • We ship to the address indicated on your order, unless otherwise communicated to us. Please make sure you provide us with the correct address.
  • We cannot replace items that are marked 'delivered' at our expense. Please file a 'stolen' package claim with the shipping carrier.
  • We cannot replace items at our expense¬†if a package is sent to the incorrect address (i.e. recipient moved, incorrect apt number provided to us etc.)

Please note:

  • Most succulents change color depending on sun exposure, therefore the succulents you receive may look slightly different from the pictures in our listings - no 2 plants are the same!
  • Some soil may come loose during shipment.
  • Please open your order as soon as it arrives; succulents need natural light to maintain their beautiful color and shape! Place your succulents in a sunny window or outside (if not too cold) where they will get 4-5 hours of indirect sunlight daily.

Winter shipping: Please purchase 1 heat pack per shipment and please try to be home when your order arrives to minimize exposure to freezing temperatures.
