Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges: 

Due to the custom and living nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not offered unless an error was made by us. We hope you’ll be 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are not, please do contact us.

In the unlikely event that things don’t go as expected and an item arrives damaged, we will do our best to resolve the situation. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and email us a photo of the damaged item, photo of the label, photo of the box and your order number.

We also do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • If an item is returned to us (i.e. if item is not picked up by recipient after USPS/UPS left a pick up notice, incorrect or in-complete address was provided, recipient no longer lives at the address provided, or if an item is 'refused' by the recipient)
  • carrier shipping delays.
  • please be aware of climate conditions in your area at the time you order. Most succulents will die if exposed to temperatures below 35 F. Heat packs are available to include in your shipment. We cannot be held responsible for damage in transit due to cold, extreme heat or USPS delays - ship at your own risk (even with heat pack). Please note: the heat pack will not protect succulents from freezing if left on a porch all day at temperatures below freezing. If you are not able to take your delivery in immediately, please consider shipping it somewhere so that it will not sit out too long and freeze.

 

Cancellations:
We can only issue a refund if you decide to cancel your order before shipment and have notified us prior to cancelling (2-hour grace period). We strive to send orders out as soon as we can, which in some cases, could be same day turnaround.
